Police probe Aberdeen murder-suicide case

Police are investigating a murder-suicide case in Aberdeen in which a 61-year-old man and 57-year-old woman died.At about 8pm yesterday, Police received a report that someone had shouted for help in a unit of Pik Yuen House of Shek Pai Wan Estate. The man was found lying on a podium below the flat and was certified dead at the scene. Inside the flat, the woman was found unconscious with serious head injuries. She was sent to Queen Mary Hospital where she died at 8.52pm.
Officers found a knife suspected to be connected with the case at the scene. Post-mortem examinations will be conducted today.
