Secretary for Security Ambrose Lee will leave tomorrow for a duty visit to Beijing to meet officials from the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Supreme People's Court.
He will fly to Shanghai on October 23 and to Guangzhou on October 25 to meet public security officials.
He will then visit Shenzhen before returning to Hong Kong on October 26.
