Frank Chan visits Kwun Tong

He inspected an Urban Renewal Authority project on Yuet Wah Street to see the traffic conditions there.
He then went to Kwun Tung MTR Station to see how it will link with the district's redevelopment plan.
He later took the MTR to Lam Tin Station to inspect its upgrades to help the disabled.
Mr Chan also met Kwun Tong District Councillors to garner their views on local issues.
