Cheung Sha Wan site sold

The tender for a Cheung Sha Wan business site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $7.79 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
 
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6505 at King Lam Street was awarded to Super Record, a subsidiary of New World Development.
 
It has a site area of 7,728 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding hotel, petrol station and residential care home) purposes.
 
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 55,642 and 92,736 sq m.
