Communications expo opens

The Commerce & Economic Development Bureau has set up exhibition booths at the Hong Kong Computer & Communications Festival 2011, to promote digital audio broadcasting services.
 
The event runs from August 19 to 22 at the Convention & Exhibition Centre.
 
Eighteen digital radio channels will be aired by four operators in Hong Kong by year's-end.
 
Radio Television Hong Kong, Metro, Phoenix U and the Digital Broadcasting Corporation will offer a wide variety of programme choices, including music, lifestyle, current affairs, finance, and art and culture.
