Declared monument King Yin Lei mansion will have six open days - on June 15 and 16, July 20 and 21 and August 17 and 18 - the Development Bureau’s Commissioner for Heritage's Office says.
Additional admission quotas will be reserved for secondary school students as an extended activity to the Conserve & Revitalise @ Hong Kong Heritage - Liberal Studies Teaching Kit.
About 21,600 tickets will be distributed to the public on a first-come, first-served basis on June 1 and 2.
The tickets will be distributed at the Heritage Discovery Centre in Kowloon Park, the Museum of Tea Ware in Hong Kong Park, and the Heritage Museum in Sha Tin.
Each person can obtain four tickets for any one session. On June 2, undistributed tickets will be sent to the Heritage Discovery Centre for people to collect from June 3 until they are gone.
Each open day will have two morning sessions, from 9.30am to 11am and 11am to 12.30pm, and two afternoon sessions, from 2pm to 3.30pm and 3.30pm to 5pm.
