Suspected H7 case reported

The Centre for Health Protection has received notification of a suspected human case of Influenza A (H7).
 
It has also been told of two cases that did not fulfil the reporting criteria.
 
The new case brings the total number of notifications received since March 31 of cases fulfilling the criteria to four, and the total notifications not fulfilling the criteria to eight.
 
No confirmed human cases of Influenza A (H7N9) have been recorded so far.
