Mr Tsang also expressed gratitude to Hong Kong volunteers who had contributed much time and effort to the Universiade.
The Universiade runs from August 12 to 23. The Hong Kong delegation has the largest-ever contingent of student athletes, comprising 102 athletes who will compete in 15 sports programmes.
