3 treated for scarlet fever

The Centre for Health Protection today confirmed a case of scarlet fever involving three boys who attend a Tai Po childcare centre.
 
Aged four to five, they came down with a fever, vomiting and a rash since May 26. One was admitted to Tseung Kwan O Hospital and the other two to Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital.
 
Two have been discharged. All are stable.
