Ma On Shan site to be sold

A Ma On Shan residential site in the 2017-18 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
 
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 611 at Whitehead, Ma On Shan, has a site area of 4,620 sq m with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 6,653 and 11,088 sq m.
 
The tender invitation for the site opens June 16 and closes July 14.
