InnoTech chief starts Beijing trip

Secretary for Innovation & Technology Nicholas Yang started Beijing visit today by meeting Hong Kong & Macao Affairs Office Deputy Director Zhou Bo.
 
He then met Vice Minister of Science & Technology Yin Hejun, introducing him to the Innovation & Technology Bureau’s work, including the initiatives proposed in the 2016 Policy Address.
 
Mr Yang later visited the Standardisation Administration and met its Vice-Administrator Guo Hui to discuss Hong Kong’s potential contribution in promoting national standards to international level.
 
He then toured Zhongguancun Venture Avenue to inspect the co-working spaces and accelerators there.
