SME seminar to be held

The Trade & Industry Department's Support & Consultation Centre for SMEs will hold a coaching skills seminar on July 28.
 
Speakers include Vital Employee Service Consultancy Principal Consultant Dr Suen Lap-man and Training Consultant Elaine Chow.
 
They will illustrate coaching skills for enhancing employees' performance and motivation, analysing techniques for cultivating employees' passion for work, and introduce an assessment tool for SMEs to identify suitable employees. 
 
Conducted in Cantonese, the seminar will be at 2.30pm in Hong Kong Central Library.
