Broadcaster to resume service

The Office of the Communications Authority says it received written notification today that Digital Broadcasting Corporation Hong Kong will resume broadcasting on October 15.
 
The office has written to the radio station to seek more details and remind the broadcaster of its obligations to comply with the licence conditions and the Telecommunications Ordinance.
 
The broadcaster's notice of resumption of services today supersedes its earlier cessation of operation notice submitted to the office on October 10.
