Clement Cheung to visit Singapore

Secretary for the Civil Service Clement Cheung will visit Singapore today to better understand the management and training of its civil service and meet with senior Government officials there.Mr Cheung will call on Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean and officials to exchange views on civil service management, as well as visit the Civil Service College of Singapore and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
He will meet with Hong Kong people to learn about their daily life in the city and visit the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office. He will also tour Punggol Eco-town for an insight into Singapore's sustainable urban planning.
Mr Cheung will also pay a courtesy call on Chinese Ambassador Chen Xiaodong to discuss the relationship between the Mainland, Hong Kong and Singapore.
