Chief Executive CY Leung met with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich at Government House today.

He extended a warm welcome to Mr Dvorkovich who will speak at the Asian Financial Forum.

Mr Leung encouraged more Russian enterprises to establish a presence in Hong Kong and capitalise on the city's role as the super-connector between the Mainland and the rest of the world to open up more business opportunities.
