By-election nominations to fill a vacant seat in the Eastern District Council's Nam Fung constituency will be accepted from March 28 to April 10, the Registration & Electoral Office announced today.
Nominees must be registered geographical constituency electors aged 21 or above who have ordinarily resided in Hong Kong for three years immediately prior, and must have the support of 10 registered electors of the constituency.
If there is more than one validly nominated candidate, a poll will be held on May 18.
