CE vows to solve HK problems

Chief Executive CY Leung says his maiden Policy Address to be delivered tomorrow will stipulate the blueprint for the future, adding that his Government has a great determination, together with Hong Kong people, to solve deep-seated problems.
 
Speaking to the media today, Mr Leung said while the address is for 2013, it is also a policy blueprint for the next five years.
 
He said Hong Kong has accumulated problems, and his speech will explain the Government’s targets, plans, and steps for the next half decade.
 
He said there will be inevitable difficulties during this period, but he is committed to dealing with these problems, saying he believes unity will build a better Hong Kong.
