First DC by-election nomination in

The first nomination for Tsuen Wan District Council’s Fuk Lok Constituency by-election was received today.
 
The nominee is school principal Mui Yee-ling of the Democratic Party.
 
Voting will be held on July 24 if there is more than one validly nominated candidate.
