Civic Party and Designing Hong Kong's Chief Executive Officer Paul Zimmerman has been elected to the Southern District Council after getting 1,183 votes in the Pokfulam constituency by-election.
A total of 1,982 of the constituency's 5,021 registered electors cast their ballots in yesterday's by-election, representing a turnout of 39.47%.
