The Government today completed joint enforcement operations at Chun Hong House of Tin Ma Court in Wong Tai Sin and Block 5 of Nerine Cove in Tuen Mun, which were earlier included in compulsory testing notices.

The enforcement action at Chun Hong House was conducted by the Wong Tai Sin District Office. Out of the around 570 people whose COVID-19 test records were checked, eight failed to comply with the compulsory testing notice.

At Block 5 of Nerine Cove, staff deployed by the Marine Department checked 239 people's test records and found that two of them had violated the notice.

Police and the Department of Health also took part in both operations.

A compulsory testing order and a fixed penalty notice of $10,000 were issued to all those who did not comply with the notice.
