The Government today completed joint enforcement operations at two buildings in Wan Chai and Wong Tai Sin, which were earlier included in compulsory testing notices.

At Southorn Garden in Wan Chai, staff deployed by the Education Bureau, Police and the Department of Health checked 374 people’s test records and found that 36 of them violated the compulsory testing notice.

For the operation carried out by the Housing Department, Police and the Department of Health at Fu Fai House of Fu Shan Estate in Wong Tai Sin, four out of 403 people failed to comply with the notice.

A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was issued to 31 of them.
