The Government today completed a joint enforcement operation at Tower 5, Grand Waterfront in To Kwa Wan, which was earlier included in a compulsory testing notice.

The enforcement action was conducted from around 8.15am to 11.15am by the Environment & Ecology Bureau and the Environmental Protection Department together with Police and the Department of Health.

Out of the about 259 people whose test records were checked, six failed to comply with the notice and were issued with a compulsory testing order.

A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was also issued to five of them.
