The Government today completed a joint enforcement operation at Tower 2 of Ma On Shan Centre in Ma On Shan, which was earlier included in a compulsory testing notice.

The enforcement action was conducted from around 9am to noon by the Office of the Communications Authority and Radio Television Hong Kong together with Police and the Department of Health.

Out of the about 300 people whose test records were checked, 13 failed to comply with the notice and were issued with a compulsory testing order.

A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was also issued to eight of them.
