The Government today carried out joint enforcement operations from 8.30am to 11.30am at two buildings in Ho Man Tin and Tin Shui Wai which were earlier included in compulsory testing notices.

For the enforcement action at Ching Man House in Ho Man Tin Estate, the Housing Department together with Police and the Department of Health verified that all of the 225 people whose records were checked had undergone testing in compliance with the notice.

Meanwhile, at Tower 9 of Central Park Towers in Tin Shui Wai where the Yuen Long District Office, Yuen Long Police District and Department of Health conducted an enforcement operation, around 210 people’s testing records were checked. Nine people failed to comply with the notice and were issued with a compulsory testing order. A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was also issued to three of them.
