Chief Executive Carrie Lam inspected the restriction-testing declaration operation at Tsui Ning Garden in Tuen Mun today.

Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau assigned the Official Receiver's Office and the Treasury to lead the co-ordination and implementation of the operations in different buildings at Tsui Ning Garden.

Since the fifth wave of the COVID-19 epidemic, over 200 restriction-testing declaration operations have been conducted, seeing a considerably high proportion of cases with positive test results.

Mrs Lam commended colleagues for their dedication to conducting operations with comprehensive services provided for residents.

Facing the severe epidemic situation, departments shall work as a team to shoulder various anti-epidemic responsibilities to give full play to the esprit de corps of the entire Government to fight the virus, Mrs Lam said.

She also thanked the residents and all Hong Kong citizens for fully supporting the Government's anti-epidemic measures.
