The Chief Executive's Office today advised members of the public to stay alert to fraudulent emails purported to be issued by the office.

It had received a number of enquiries from citizens who had received an email invitation to an activity supposedly sent by the office.

The emails were not sent from a government email account, have nothing to do with the office and have been reported to Police for follow-up action.
