Secretary for Innovation & Technology Nicholas Yang will leave for Beijing this evening.

He will meet Minister of Science & Technology Wang Zhigang on December 5 and return to Hong Kong that night.

During Mr Yang's absence, Under Secretary for Innovation & Technology David Chung will be Acting Secretary.
