$18.2b surplus recorded

The Government recorded an $18.2 billion surplus in November, the Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau announced today.

 

Expenditure was $41.5 billion with revenue of $59.7 billion for the month.

 

Government expenditure for the eight months ending November 30 amounted to $336 billion, with revenue at $308.2 billion, bringing the cumulative year-to-date deficit down to $27.8 billion.

 

Fiscal reserves stood at $1.07 trillion as of November 30.
