Chief Secretary Matthew Cheung will attend a Council for the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Cooperation meeting in Guangzhou on December 14.

He will deliver a speech at the fourth members’ representatives meeting.

Senior officials from Guangdong and Macau will also join the meeting.
