Voice-navigated e-Channels will start operating at the Lo Wu Control Point's arrival and departure halls from December 5, the Immigration Department announced today.

The visually impaired can use the control point’s Braille maps and tactile guide paths to locate these e-Channels and perform self-service immigration clearance.

The department earlier installed voice-navigated e-Channels at Lok Ma Chau Spur Line Control Point, Macau Ferry Terminal Control Point, Shenzhen Bay Control Point, China Ferry Terminal Control Point, Express Rail Link West Kowloon Control Point, and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Control Point.
