A recruitment day held at Police Headquarters has attracted more than 2,400 applications for the posts of Probationary Inspectors, Recruit Police Constables and Auxiliary Police Constables.
The event today provided a one-stop service to applicants, including initial screening and scheduling of the written examination for Probationary Inspector candidates.
The Police Force will recruit 1,850 police officers, comprising 230 Probationary Inspectors, 1,620 Recruit Police Constables and 320 Auxiliary Police Constables in the 2018-19 financial year.
Applications can be made throughout the year.
