Keith Lui has been appointed as the Executive Director (Supervision of Markets) of the Securities & Futures Commission for one year, while Brian Ho has been reappointed Executive Director (Corporate Finance) for two years.

Both appointments are from August 28.

James Lin has been appointed and William Wong reappointed as non-executive directors of the SFC for two years from August 1.

Financial Secretary Paul Chan announced the appointments today, saying: "The two executive directors have extensive regulatory experience in the securities and futures field. They have contributed significantly to the work of the SFC. I look forward to their continued dedicated service to the SFC in the new term."
