Electors of the Eastern District Council Kai Hiu Constituency have been urged to vote in the by-election tomorrow.

They must bring their original Hong Kong identity card or other approved alterative documents and can vote at the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong-Chai Wan Centre or Siu Sai Wan Community Hall from 7.30am to 10.30pm.

The three candidates contesting the by-election are Enki Tan (No. 1), Alice Ishigami (No. 2) and Elaine Chik (No. 3).

Once the poll is closed, the two polling stations will be converted into counting stations where the public can watch vote counting within a designated area.

The election results will be announced at the counting station at the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong-Chai Wan Centre.

A hotline 2827 7251 will also be in service from 7.30am to 11pm tomorrow to handle complaints about breaches of electoral rules or guidelines.
