Secretary for Security John Lee visited a drug treatment and rehabilitation centre in Sai Kung today.

He toured the Christian New Being Fellowship's Life Training Base to see its facilities and services, and the training provided for the people it treats.

The centre helps substance abusers rebuild their life objectives and good character through gospel-based drug treatment and rehabilitation, integrated training as well as vocational training.

Mr Lee spoke with several people being treated and encouraged them to grasp these training opportunities to help them reintegrate into society.

He advised all substance abusers to seek help early to quit drugs.

Mr Lee also met Sai Kung District Councillors.
