Secretary for Home Affairs Lau Kong-wah will visit Shanghai from January 23 to 26.

He will meet Shanghai Municipal Government officials.

Mr Lau will also visit the city's arts and cultural facilities and performance venues to explore opportunities for cultural exchange.

He will be joined by representatives from the Arts Development Council, the Arts Administrators Association and the Leisure & Cultural Services Department.
