National Class One Conductor Hu Bingxu will lead the Hong Kong City Chinese Orchestra to perform dazzling Chinese instrumental pieces in a concert in September.
The orchestra will also collaborate with renowned artists including Li Fuhua, Ching Sau-wing and Yu Wing-ka to perform Nocturne to the Victoria Harbour, Spring, Yalu Zangbo River (an excerpt of Journey to Lhasa), The Great Wall Capriccio, Hua Mulan, In the Deep of the Night and The Shanbei Cantabile.
Part of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's 20th anniversary celebrations, the concert will be staged at 8pm on September 9 at Sha Tin Town Hall.
