The Leisure & Cultural Services Department will hold the Toy Formula 1@Victoria Park event on August 20 from 3pm to 6pm.
One of Victoria Park's soccer pitches will have three racing circuits and a parade area for radio-controlled model cars.
Visitors can try their hand at racing the models cars.
Professional racers will be on hand to offer guidance to participants, and show their skills in a model car parade and demonstrations.
The event is part of the department's Storm the Park campaign and one of the celebratory activities for the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Admission is free.
