Hongkong Post will launch a set of special stamps featuring drawings by acclaimed artist and educator Kong Kai-ming on December 6.
The seven drawings are of local streetscapes in the 1980s and '90s, such as Hung Hom Airport Tunnel, Argyle Street in Mong Kok and the Zoroastrian Church in Causeway Bay.
The stamps feature intaglio printing to highlight the meticulous detail of the original artwork.
Official First Day Covers will go on sale for $1.20 at all post offices tomorrow.
The stamps and philatelic products will be displayed at the General, Tsim Sha Tsui, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin Central and Tuen Mun Central post offices.
