The Film Archive will present 10 films starring Cecilia Lee in November and December.
Lee started her film career in the 1950s playing diverse and contrasting characters, be they male or female, civil or military.
Floating Life is in English, German and Cantonese with English subtitles, while the rest of the featured films are in Cantonese without subtitles.
The 83-year-old actress will meet audiences in post-screening talks on November 4 and December 30.
