Young suona and guan virtuoso Ma Wai-him will stage a Chinese music concert on September 30 at City Hall.
The programme will include suona solo piece Set tune - Dai-Kai-Man, Xiao-Kai-Men, houguan and yehu work The Toll of the Temple Bells, and houguan and Chinese Music Ensemble composition Dance of the Dragon & the Phoenix in the Sky, and many more.
Mr Ma graduated from the Academy for Performing Arts with a Master of Music degree, with a double major in suona and guan, and was named the Hong Kong Youth Chinese Orchestra's Most Outstanding Member three times.
The performance starts at 8pm.
