Brazilian pianist Nelson Freire will make his Hong Kong debut in September in one of the programmes in the Leisure & Cultural Services Department's Great Music 2015 series.
The recital will be held at 8pm on September 8 at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall. The programme will include a variety of classical pieces.
Born in Boa Esperança, Brazil, Freire made his first public appearance at age 5 and was awarded the Dinu Lipatti Medal in London at 19.
