The Tiu Keng Leng Sports Centre will be opened on April 23, featuring the first outdoor climbing wall to meet international competition standard in Sai Kung.
The 12-metre-high wall has five different lanes, allowing climbers of different levels to practice their skill.
Other facilities include a multi-purpose arena, six multi-purpose rooms, a children's play room and an indoor jogging track. The fitness room is expected to open in August.
There will also be a one hectare open space outside the sports centre, featuring a sitting-out area, lawn, elderly fitness corner, fitness stations and a children's playground.
The sports centre is easily accessible at Chui Ling Road, Tseung Kwan O, and is next to Tiu Keng Leng MTR station. Facilities booking will start tomorrow.
