Hong Kong Park is hosting a free exhibition of more than 50 special species of aquatic plants at its Forsgate Conservatory until September 30.
Visitors can see the ecology of a wide range of aquatic plants, and get more information on their characteristics from display panels.
Park Manager Fung Siu-man said aquatic plants are common in Hong Kong, and usually have fresh green leaves with stalks and can produce beautiful blooms. They can be free-floating, rooted in water, or grown in wetland.
The show is open from 9am to 5pm daily. Guided tours will be held every hour between 1pm and 4pm on weekends until September 28. Each tour lasts 30 minutes.
