Conductor Prof Chan Wing-wah will host the Lecture Demonstration Series on Romanticism & German Lieder in September.
Acclaimed tenor David Quah and pianist Timmy Tsang will give demonstrations during the lectures.
The series covers two song cycles composed by Schubert Die Schone Mullerin and Winterreise, and one song cycle Dichterliebe by Schumann to demonstrate and examine romanticism in German lieder.
The four lectures will held at 7:30pm every Wednesday in September at the Space Museum. Tickets are $50 at URBTIX.
