Young musicians from the United Kingdom’s Birmingham Symphonic Winds and the Hong Kong Youth Symphonic Band will perform together at 3pm on April 20 at Kwai Tsing Theatre Auditorium.
The combined group will be directed by Birmingham’s Keith Allen and the Music Office Wind Section’s senior music officer Pak Wing-heng.
The concert will feature the Oscar-winning score from Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Martin Ellerby's dynamic swing piece Cinnamon Concerto, and selections from Puccini's operaTurandot.
