Hong Kong SAR passport applicants aged 18 or over can submit applications at the Easy Send self-service kiosks at the Immigration Department headquarters and six branch offices during office hours from August 25.

Applicants must have a valid permanent identity card and a recent colour photograph with white background. They must pay the passport fee by EPS with a bank card. For details, click here.

Successful applicants will get a collection notice from the kiosk specifying when and where to collect the new passport. The whole process takes 10 minutes.

Applications for a replacement passport due to loss or damage, however, must be made in person.
