Customs officers have arrested three people for selling counterfeit goods to expatriates from a Central flat.
They seized 2,300 items worth $700,000, including leather and watches. They arrested two men and a woman, aged 28 to 51, including the person-in-charge.
The flat only accepted the patronage of expatriates referred by existing customers. Concealed closed-circuit television systems were installed outside the flat to evade detection.
