Yuen Long unlicensed food factory closed
Seized snacks: The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has seized fried fritters and dough at an unlicensed food factory.
*
The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has closed an unlicensed Yuen Long food factory and arrested a man, seizing cooking paraphernalia, 83kg of fried fritters and 60kg of dough.

 

Operating an unlicensed food factory warrants a $50,000 fine and six months' jail. To report such illegal activities call 2868 0000.
