2 firefighters injured in Mong Kok blaze

Two firefighters were injured in a No 3 alarm fire at a vacant unit on the first floor of 123-125 Tung Choi Street in Mong Kok yesterday.

 

Both were sent to Kwong Wah Hospital for medical treatment. The vacant unit was severely injured.

 

The cause of the fire was suspicious and Police are investigating.

  

The fire broke out at 11.07pm last night and was upgraded to No 3 alarm at 11.40pm. Using five jets and four breathing apparatus teams, firefighters put out the blaze at 1.18am.
