Sheung Shui blaze damages houses

A number of single-storey tin-sheeted and wooden houses were severely damaged in a No 3 alarm fire in Hang Tau, Sheung Shui.

 

No suspicious circumstances were detected and there were no reports of casualties.

 

The fire broke out at 11.47pm yesterday and was upgraded to No3 alarm at 12.13am today. Mobilising five jets and four breathing apparatus teams, firefighters put out the blaze at 1.19am.
